Human resources are the most valuable asset of UEH, an important resource for UEH to develop high-quality training programs, providing a highly qualified workforce for the labor market. Therefore, UEH encourages UEH’s teaching staff to collaborate and exchange work with prestigious higher education institutions in the world, implementing the school’s strategy to promote internationalization, enhancing UEH’s position in the region and the world. The UEH-Asean Mobilities program is a cooperation program between UEH and some of the leading universities in Asia or ASEAN listed in the QS Asia 500 to implement the “ASEAN academic mobility initiatives” which means that UEH officials and lecturers are sent by UEH to work at UEH’s international partner university for a certain period of time to continue to be trained, fostered and trained according to the requirements of the task, at the same time UEH also accepts lecturers and researchers from the partner university to collaborate in teaching or research.
