Step 1: Publish recruitment notice
UEH publishes recruitment information (civil servants, workers, etc.) on the official website of UEH (https://tuyendung.ueh.edu.vn) and other communication channels such as Facebook fanpages: Recruitment – Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics (https://www.facebook.com/UEH.HOD/) or UEH’s official LinkedIn.

Step 2: Receiving application documents
Candidates submit their application documents within the prescribed deadline, can submit online via the UEH recruitment portal (https://tuyendung.ueh.edu.vn) or submit directly to the UEH Human Resources and Organizational Development Department (Room A007, 59C Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City).
Step 3: Reviewing application documents

Step 4: Interview/Selection
Candidates who pass the preliminary selection will be invited for an interview to assess their professional qualifications and skills. Depending on the requirements of the job description, candidates may be asked to prepare a presentation or related topic.
Step 5: Announcement of recruitment results
UEH will announce the recruitment results and guide the successful candidates to complete their application to carry out the contract signing procedure.
