UEH organizes the Opening Ceremony of the Student Exchange Program of Universities in the field of Economics – UEH Mekong Summer Camp 2023 at UEH – Vinh Long Branch
“Family Connect: A 4.0 Library Adventure” is an experiential and creative activity for children aged 6-16, aiming to connect UEH Family members as well as strengthen the cooperative relationship between UEH and local authorities, spread the reading culture, arouse passion for knowledge and introduce a modern learning environment to the community. The activity contributes to building a dynamic, humane and sustainable academic community in the digital age. Coming to the program, children will be selected to participate in 05 interesting experience stations or the painting contest “The UEH Library of the Future”.
“The UEH Library of the Future” drawing contest: This is not only an art playground but also a place where children’s imagination can take off. With the theme of the future library, the “little artists” will be able to express their imagination and creativity, with 14 attractive prizes for 02 age groups (6-10 years old and 11-16 years old):
02 First Prizes: 1,000,000 VND (01 prize/age group);
02 Second Prizes: 500,000 VND (01 prize/age group);
04 Third Prizes: 200,000 VND (02 prizes/age group);
06 Encouragement Prizes: Souvenirs.
AR Art Station: A coloring activity based on a model – where children have the opportunity to “transform” their own paintings into a vivid 3D version through AR technology. Not only do they have the opportunity to experience the intersection between technology and art, they also receive attractive gifts when participating in the activity.
Smart Library Quest: Will take children (6 – 12 years old) through “brain-teasing” but equally interesting Challenge Stages, with secret messages waiting to be solved. This is not only an experiential activity, but also helps children understand and get acquainted with the Smart Library in a close and exciting way. Mysterious treasures are attractive gifts waiting for the winning teams to conquer.
STEM Explorers: A destination not to be missed for children who love technology. Here, children (12-16 years old) will have the opportunity to compete in robots in an extremely attractive simulation playground, with promising gifts for the winning team.
English Fun Corner: This is where each click will lead to a new world, where children can get acquainted with open, free and diverse learning resources on digital platforms. Children can access both Elementary English and Basic English with 2 main groups: Children’s group (6-12 years old) and Teenager group (13-16 years old). To accompany their children, parents are also guided through support tools in their children’s learning and development journey.
Decode & Play: With a duration of 5 – 10 minutes for each quick game, children will be able to test their general knowledge with fun quizzes. Moreover, each participant will receive an incentive gift upon completing the test.
