On the morning of August 9, 2025, at Hall B1.302 – Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics (UEH), the “20 years – UEH K27” reunion program took place in a warm atmosphere, filled with laughter. This is not only an opportunity for alumni of Course 27 to return to their old school, recall memories with teachers and friends, but also an important milestone with the launch of the UEH Alumni Liaison Committee K27 – opening a new journey in the journey of connecting and accompanying UEH.

Overview of the 27th Course Meeting
The program was honored to welcome the presence of Prof. Dr. Su Dinh Thanh – Director of UEH; Prof. Dr. Nguyen Khac Quoc Bao – Party Committee Secretary, Deputy Director of UEH; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phan Thi Bich Nguyet – Chairwoman of the Strategy and Policy Advisory Council, Permanent Vice President of UEH Alumni; MSc. Phan Ngoc Anh – Deputy Head of the Communications and Partnership Development Department, General Secretary of UEH Alumni; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Khanh Nam – Principal of UEH School of Economics, Law and State Management; Dr. Tran Thi Tuan Anh – Vice Principal of the UEH School of Economics, Law and Public Administration, and teachers who were former lecturers of Course 27, along with many alumni of Course 27 from all over the country.
In his opening speech, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Khac Quoc Bao – Party Secretary, Vice President of UEH expressed his joy and pride in meeting familiar faces of the 27th generation of alumni, who have now grown up, become successful and are actively contributing to society in many fields. He respectfully acknowledged the affection, dedication and commitment that the K27 collective has always given to UEH, considering this a living proof of the strength of the alumni community – where each individual, regardless of their position, still shares the same love and pride for the school they have been attached to throughout their youth. On this occasion, he sent his congratulations to all UEH Alumni K27 and expressed his hope that the upcoming Liaison Committee will continue to be a strong bridge, spreading the spirit of solidarity, sharing and accompanying the school in community development activities, contributing to bringing the UEH brand further on the global academic and knowledge map.

Representing the alumni of K27, Mr. Huynh Thuc Dinh shared his emotional memories of a vibrant youth at UEH, with moments of bonding with teachers and friends during passionate study hours and extracurricular activities. He expressed his deep gratitude to UEH – the place that has fostered knowledge and nurtured the spirit of progress for each K27 student – and affirmed his desire to continue to maintain and develop activities to connect and support each other in work and life, as well as accompany the school in community programs and the sustainable development of UEH in the future.
One of the special and meaningful moments in the program was the launching ceremony of the UEH Alumni K27 Liaison Board as a strong affirmation of the spirit of solidarity and close attachment between generations of K27 students. This is an important turning point, opening a new stage in maintaining and developing the alumni network, together creating new values. At the same time, become a solid bridge combining the strength of generations of alumni, connecting with the school and the community, contributing to bringing the image and spirit of UEH far on the journey of global integration.
