In recent years, the world has witnessed the explosion of Artificial Intelligence products. In which, AI-integrated Chatbot can be said to be one of the most popular applications today. With the ability to process natural language (Natural Language Processing – NLP), Chatbot can interact directly with users through design windows such as chat interfaces, helping them ask questions (prompt) and receive quick answers.
