This is also the reason why Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics has started to research and develop the EMPM Master’s program – Smart and Innovative Urban Management to help learners grasp advanced technologies and apply them to urban management practices, especially smart cities today.

EMPM Master Training – Smart and Innovative Urban Management at UEH

The EMPM Master Program – Smart and Innovative Urban Management (code 8340403) is designed to provide graduate training for economists, administrators, and management experts working in the public sectors of science and technology, planning, urban design, and especially smart urban management.

The program is trained in an applied direction with 64 credits including courses and graduation projects. The courses, topics, and graduation projects are designed to include 4 main parts: general knowledge, basic knowledge of the industry and major, seminars, and graduation projects.

Designed according to international standards, the EMPM Master’s program – Smart and Innovative Urban Management equips learners with logical thinking methods, solid basic management and scientific knowledge, high-level professional knowledge and good practical skills, with the ability to conduct independent scientific research, be creative and solve well management, scientific and technological problems in the urban field in general and smart urban areas in particular, suitable for the general progress of the current socio-economic environment.
